4 Steps to Starting a New Project

Step 1: Brainstorm.
This is where you are going to come up with as many ideas as you can.

Step 2: Strategize.
Decide what you’re going to do and what you’re not going to do. This is where you look at the big picture and figure out how your project fits into it.

Step 3: Outline.
Outline the steps needed in order to complete your project. The more specific you are the better. Make actionable steps and organize them into an easily executable plan of action.

Do it. Start at the beginning of your outline and do the first thing. When you get done with that, do the second thing. Don’t make excuses, don’t let anything get in your way and don’t lose your momentum. Stay focused until the project is completed 100% before moving on to something else. Its time to make things happen.
