"For those of you that know me, you will know I have a reputation for saying it as it is! So here is my honest review of Bens course. The course consists of 16 videos,it's also in PDF format, there are also some great templates and resources. Perhaps it may be best if I explain my background a little first. I am just starting in outsourcing, I did try it several years ago in India but it was a disaster. Before starting I spent several weeks researching and bought every course available, some quite good, some not so good, but I picked up some great info and got started.

We have now started one VA and we are looking for another.

Ben's course I have to say is by far the most in depth course I have come across; it's well designed and laid out. He takes you through every step of the process from outsourcing mind set, what to outsource, where to find the best staff for each type of work, job posting for best results, interviewing and hiring, to help and tips on training your workers and how best to pay them. "I just finished going through your entire "Outsourcing Simplified" course.

It took a few days, because (like anyone else who really needs this) I have a LOT of different balls up in the air all the time.

Just the time conflicts between 1) making progress on existing projects, and 2) taking the time to absorb this great course... made it really obvious how much more I need to use outside resources to accomplish my own goals.

The great part is that by making myself go through all of your materials, I learned how to reduce those conflicts for future business tasks. (It's easy to get caught up in all the "stuff" that needs doing, and never get around to figuring out how to make it all so much easier.)

I usually prefer ebooks over video (for training courses), because I can easily navigate to a specific topic just by clicking on an entry in the table of contents.

Your videos, however, might make me change my mind.

I've seen multiple videos presented with a table of contents like this before, but I don't think I've ever seen anyone do as good a job of organizing the material into separate topic-specific videos, so that when I want to refer back to a given topic - it's easy to get straight to the topic I want to review.
